FM - did you reserve our spots for the Annual Hawg-a-thon/Crappie-a-thon yet?

This site is slowly dying...makes me sad. :(

not dying. It's fine. I think it's us not having much time to hunt and fish anymore.

Ain't that the truth! Two fishing trips and one hunting trip for me, that's about it this year so far.

I know it is a few months out but would hate to lose our 20 and 21 normal spots. ;)

BB, I think it's just the fact that most of us regulars are raising kids. Add to that the fact that we havn't done a BWHFITS this year. The trips are a lifeblood for the site, but like you all I find it's really hard to plan and pack for one. Once the kids are grown and we've got a house or two on the coast it'll really pick up. We just have to keep in shape and maintain our interest. I see too many of my older patients lose interest due to the effort all this takes. I vow to continue my interest in the coast until my back is blown and my joints won't take a walk in the mud. Hopefully I'll be just about dead by then! I'll have my BWH pics to look at in the nursing home.

Keep in mind. Your kids will pick that nursing home for you. ;) That's why I'm investing now into my nursing home. B)

With that said, I have visions of a Family FITS. Logistically, it could be tough. I do have a lot of kitchen passes stored up that I need to cash in.

Good to hear Chris!

When my son gets older he will go on a BWH fishing trip or two! Hopefully in a new "safe" boat I've talked my wife into us needing!!!

Be sure to emphasize the safety of airboats. Never have to go in water deeper than 6"!

It only takes 6" of water to drown a man....

...who has fallen face first after drinking 19 busch tallboys.
